Asking About Memory Plus Gold?

I have two daughters.One is 5 years old going to 6 years old this coming September and the one is 7 years old.Can I ask if they can can take now a Memory Plus Gold ?And How many capsule they can take everyday?I hope you response soon.Thanks.

It is an herbal supplement that is believed to help with memory enhancement, as well as other medical issues, but this is not actually proven. It is listed as containing 125mgs of Bacopa Monnieri.

I have no information on its safety in children and some herbs can be as potent and dangerous as prescription medications, so I would suggest consulting your doctor, before giving it to them.
