Yes, it is an over the counter product, the active ingredient is listed as being Capsaicin, so it is just a topical product that can help relieve some joint and muscle pain.

I am not sure, however, where you could find it, as most of the places I found that have it listed either say it is out of stock or the availability is very limited.
