I have fibromyalgia and suffer extreme pain in various parts of my body. For the last four months, pain in my hip has almost debilitated me. I use as little pain medication as possible as I hate filling my body with chemicals. I have been using panamor along with natural pain relief methods but would like to know if I can take Arthrexin & Panamor 100mg together?

No, these are both non-steroidal anti-inflammatories, so that would be doubling up on them, which can increase your risk of liver damage, liver failure, stomach irritation, and stomach ulceration, according to the NIH.
It would be best to stick with one, or the other, as instructed by your doctor.
