I am 65 and have had chronic nasal stuffiness and repeated sinus infections. Back in the mid-80s an elderly doctor gave me an argerol treatment. Using a syringe, he injected a large amount of argerol up my nose, handed my a large box of kleenex and left the room. It butrned like the fires of hell and I went through a lot of kleenex blowing out brown/black stuff. But I went for several years with my nose absolutely clear. It was like a miracle. Since then, I am back to my chronic nasal problems. Much as it hurt, it was incredibly effective. None of my doctors seem to know anything about it.

The last time I used Argyrol was in 1994. My mom said every household in Cuba had it. The local pharmacies stopped carrying it, but I found that indeed Argyrol Pharmacies have it. I bought a bottle for my daughter and her sore throat went away.

Yes, Argyrol is now. Contact ARGYROL PHARMACEUTICALS on the web for specific details regarding their supply. Much advancement has been made lately against both acute and chronic disease, yes, even ebola prevention and treatment through routine nebulization and croup tent for the elderly or disabled.

At 78 years old I'm still alive and kicking. My mother gave myself and my three siblings Argyrol drops in our noses anytime we had the symptoms of a cold or runny nose. All four of us are alive and well. If I could find it now, I would recommend it for my grandchildren. It always worked well for us. I'm not even gray haired. No, I don't dye my hair.

They have removed her name from my post which is her web page where you could see for yourself and read her story. Thank God it didn't happen to everyone who's used it! Kinda sorry I even took the time to post, didn't realize it was going to be edited

I am 57 years old and frequently used argerol ss medicine in a bottle that I bought at the pharmacy over the counter back in the 70's, 80's and 90's. I used the dropper in the bottle to squirt it down the nose and down the throat for a sore throat. It helped the problems within hours. Now it's hard to find. It worked good for me. The old timers used it.

Who was your doctor? Our doctor in NYC did the same thing. We're sitting here now laughing about it.

In our family we believe in the power of silver nitrate.
We still use it in the 4th generation babies, for sinus, ear and flu with mucus

In 1952 I was in my last days of pregnancy and I developed a nasal infection that was so bad I could not breathe through my nose. My husband took me to a doctor friend late attended at night through a snow storm. The doctor had me sit in his office and he took these long cuties soaked in argyole and put them into my nose very deeply. He then went out and shovelled snow with my husband
while I sat there for at least 45 minutes. He then came in and took them out. What a relief I was able to take a deep breath. No more stopped up nose. Like magic. I'll never forget that night and how much better I felt.

Re: Dan (# 17) Expand Referenced Message

I also found a place in Cal to buy argyrol! As a child we always used it for pink eye and when my kids were growing up it was a medicine cabinet staple! I'm 82 now, so it didn't seem to hurt me or my kids as they vary from 50 to 62 yrs of age. I also use it on my cats! They can even take small amounts orally if diluted by half. Even seems to help them if they are sneezing and snotting!

Yes, Vicki is correct, Algerol was actually Silver Nitrate, which of course was found to be toxic when ingested.

In 1949 a doctor came to my house at least once a week and put Argerol on a long swab, inserted it into my vagina. I remember screaming as it was so painful. I don't know why my mother ever allowed this to happen as I was only 2 then. It went on until I was 4 yrs. old. Learned a lot about this drug here thanks to all.

Yes you can buy Argyrol directly from their site as Diane mentioned in her post.
The antiseptic power of this product according to my Mother when she was very young in Cuba was legendary but we all know very well that cheap medicine for humanity is a NONO now a days!
Just ask the Pharmaceutical companies?
