Are They Diazepam 10mg

I have some blue pills from Thailand with 10 on one side and just a score line on the other; also the blue coating comes off if they've been rubbed together. Are these genuine?

The blue shouldn't rub off they should be of a consistent blue colour.What do they taste like as they should always be a little sweet to the taste
