Are There Any Success Stories Out There?

I have been on 65 for 14 yrs. After jail and prescription chasing, it finally allowed me to maintain my job, and lead a normal life! Yes, it would be nice not to be dependent on anything, and sometimes it does get me down. But the trade off seems more than fair! Does anyone have any sort of story? I would love to hear it. By the way...I've always taken it when suppose to and how im suppose to. That may be part of the solution. Waiting and hoping .....DJ

Hi DJ, hope all is well. I've seen quite a few methadone success stories browsing through forums here over the years and I must say that I think you have the right attitude about it to achieve what your own vision of success may be and what success through this situation means to you while managing pain, etc. But being able to chat with others on the same journey and reading their stories can be tremendously helpful, so thank you for starting this thread and getting the ball rolling!
