I keep hearing that the mylan 10 mg's are the weakest ones out of all the generic diazepam. I got them filled from Walgreen's and they usually have the best quality medications. Is this true or false?

There are many opinions to be shared on this type of topic... I think the fact that each individual is subject to react/respond differently to any medication, goes to show that there is no right or wrong answer to your question... So my only suggestion would be to try it for yourself for an accurate assessment.
This is not to say that there aren't weak or strong versions of generic diazepam to be on the lookout for, but moreover to iterate how each patient responds to them differently, regardless of whether it may be inherently weak to others with varying degrees of tolerance or what-have-you...
Lastly, the idea that Walgreens dispenses the best quality meds is only an opinion and not a fact (for many of the reasons described above). There is no truth or falsehood to that opinion because it's all relative.
