Are Ecosprin And Loprin The Same

I am 25 years old.. I got married 8 month back. I'm planning for pregnancy so my doctor prescribed me loprin 75mg when I went for my first checkup..but in the pharmacy they have given me ecosprin-75 (aspirin gastro-resistant tablets in 75mg)...I want to know whether both are the same or not?

Yes, they both contain Aspirin as the active ingredient. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
