the 25 mg generic by Prasco (never heard of them) does not work for me. How can I request my insurance company to cover the name brand? This stuff is useless and I have serious, documented issues for requesting a name brand. I might have to send a letter to President Tump for his help.

Usually, you have to have your doctor write the prescription as brand medically necessary, though depending on your insurance company, there may also be additional hoops to jump through, such as preauthorization, since specific policies can vary from company to company.
