This contains the active ingredients Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim, which is an antibiotic that is also commonly prescribed under the brand name Bactrim and yes, a non-allergic skin rash that may itch can be a normal side effect.

Have you consulted your doctor about it? If it's very severe, you may need to try a different medication.
