UpdatedMy doctor prescribed me this medicine for my sicknes named Bells Palsy so I took da prescription to da pharmacy.the pharmacist advised me to take 12 tablets by mouth once daily for 7 days. Tablet name is Apo-Prednisone 5mg

You should take the medication as directed by your doctor.
The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, insomnia, nervousness, weight gain, acne, and fluid retention.
