Wow, we've had a lot of these odd pills from Apotex popping up recently.

The great news is that I was actually able to find an identification for this one!

This tablet contains 300mgs or Propafenone, which is most commonly used to treat irregular heart beats.

Side effects may include: nausea, blurred vision, headache and rash.
