From experience, in men ,it notably reduces the production of sperms. However, I do not know for sure if that could go down to affect one's fertility. Having said that, it is important to weigh the disadvantages against the benefits as yu consider taking the drug. Consult yr GP for proffessional advice.

There might be no implication to take Cyproheptadine when you are on ARVs but it is important to ask your Doctor because of certain drug interaction. Your Doctor knows best the composition of your ARV drug and will advise accordingly.
