i think these tablets work the same way as the Pariactin and Ciplaactin u can get these over the counter they are less than R50 a box of 30
if u check the discription of those apetitos are the same as the Ciplas and Pariactin.
I use them but seems they are only effective when you drink them when you stop your appatite decreases. I think they work it just that u dont maintain your weight you have gained once you stop taking them. Side effect ihavent picked any apart from sleeping, you fall asleep so easily.
try them at least they are in the pharmacy, some pharmacy even say when you say u want tablets to increase appetaite they recommend them.
The ones at MTN rank i dont know really but just watch out you might get drugs or something thats dangerous
