Anywhere To Get Tramadol After August 18? (Page 6)

Ive been taking tramadol for aprox 8yrs nonstop other than a 7week break. Ive back problems and my knees are broken down do to years of rough wear and tear on top of many injuries. Ive no health insurance either. Truth b told,i cannot function very well at all without taking the tramadol. So i am checking to see of anyone has any insight or suggestions as to where i may b able to purchase tramadol after the 18th of august which is when tramadol becomes a controlled substance. Im aware that ordering overseas is risky but going without the meds is not an option. I am very worried about the change in classification. I never expected anything like this to happen, had i known and not been ignorant to the possibility of not being able to order tramadol online i would have done something different(not sure what but something). I have lived 8yrs on this medicine and if i am to all of a sudden have to stop taking it i am pretty certain i am going to lose everything. My career will b gone cause i wont b able to function well for many weeks and my family will suffer due to my inabiltie to function effectively.....etc....... i am honestly scared to death and am hopeing to find a safe way to continue getting tramadol. As i stated earlier i have no insurance nor the funds to start seeing doctors not to mention the docs only seem to prescribe narcotic type painkillers and i am not willing to take them due to the side affects and the dangers they pose for me at my work.(operate heavy equipment, machinery etc....i install commercial gas,water and fiberoptic lines)tramadols effects dont cause me to be "high"so to speak.

Hello. Recently I had my script for tramadol 50mg filled. They were small white pill with a M on oneside, and T7 on the other side. Now my pharmacy says they're out. {edited for policy reasons}

But if you have been on Tramadol for a long time your doctor might stop prescribing it to you which is what happened to me. That's because it is for acute pain, not chronic pain. In other words you're only supposed to be on Tramadol for a short time. The doctor may use this reason to cut you off. The real reason is they are more cautious now with Tramadol being a controlled substance.

What is oxazepam ? I have Tramadol and it don't help at all. I think it should be on the shelf like Tylenol or Motrin

I can totally empathize with what everyone is going through. I have been taking tramadol for years due to degenerative disc disease and several herniated discs.

Unfortunately, I have no health insurance. I have tried getting medicaid or something similar but keep getting denied. I have used the same source for years for tramadol. I recently found out about the change with tramadols status. I emailed my regular guy, and he told me that they are going to continue selling it until they run out. But, that they are also working on securing a new source for the medication. {edited for policy reasons}

Tramadol, Soma, and hydrocodone and all now is numerical order changed, tramadol and soma are now CIV *highly addictive* on their own propensity take more than the instructing indications have used. Tramadol can still be purchased for high prices, through India.

I have a couple of pharmacys that I can order from for tramadol. I have no insurance either. But iv cut way down to 4 pills a day and they work as long as I have a norco which I take 3 a day but now I can't get those either at least not consistently. It really sucks. I have really bad leg pain especially when it's cold.

I get my prescription filled online. Just keep searching, you will find them. I get 180 for $263.00. My Doctor orders 2 50mg a day, but just not enough for my back pain.

Beauty.....TRAMADOL is the generic for Ultram but not all Ultram is ultracet as ultracet contains acetaminophen. I would imagine the generic would say something like TRAMADOL/ APAP ( acetaminophen). Just thought I would clear that typo up!

I just do not understand the problem with doctors prescribing tramadol. It is a Schedule IV for crying out loud. The higher the number on the schedule, the lower the potential for abuse! I also feel changing hydrocodone to a schedule II was ridiculous! ANY schedule III and higher CAN be written with refills. I don't see how docs are saying they have been limited on the number they can give also. You can still get an Rx of hydrocodone or even oxycodone at 240 a month......8 a day! I have no idea what the bs is all about from these docs! They just don't want to rx controlled substances anymore....that is all it comes down to. BUT, they are extremely negligible by not filling TRAMADOL people have been on for years and I don't care how they obtained them. Cold turkey off of TRAMADOL can be very dangerous! Keep bugging your doctor or find one who isn't afraid to prescribe. It is NOT easy for a doctor, regardless of what they are telling you, to lose their license for prescribing to legitimate, chronic pain patients! That is a fact and I read it under the new laws on the physicians website, AMA, I believe. They just don't WANT to prescribe anymore and therefore are reneging on their oath " First do no harm." IMHO

David - I have been ordering from a really company from overseas but this site does not allow anyone to post the site's address - which is a real shame since a lot of people are in the same boat as you (in pain with no insurance). You also do not need a doctor's rx.
