In the US, the maximum dosage available of Hydrocodone in these medications is 10mgs. It is possible she is referring to one with 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, but I can't be sure on that.
This is a narcotic pain reliever, generic for Lortab or Vicodin.
Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
