Any Reason Why My Blood Pressure Drops So Low?

I take hydralazine, Htcz (hydrochlorothiazide), lisinopril and amlodipine. I have no energy what so ever when I try to work outside like in the garden. My blood pressure drops really low to where I almost black out. Any reason why this is happening?

All of these medications can lower blood pressure, as well as treat certain cardiac conditions, according to FDA approved uses, and if you are working in the garden while it's warm, or hot out, that can also lower your blood pressure. Thus, it may be dropping too low during such activity. There is also a risk that you are dehydrated. Activity also lowers your blood pressure, so you may need a dosage adjustment.

Have you spoken to your doctor about it? Where do you live and what have your recent temperatures been like?

I know some days, if it is really warm/hot here, I feel horrible and sometimes have to go sit down, because I get dizzy, sick, and feel horrible. My cardiologist has given me permission to adjust my medications, and drink more fluids, some days, if needed.
