Any Medicine For My Missed Period? (Top voted first)

I missed my period for 2 months and did a home pregnancy test twice but the results are both negative. I don't feel any symptoms of being pregnant... Is there any medicine you can recommend so i can get my menses back? Any suggestions are so appreciated. I'm not ready to become pregnant again. By the way, I'm 37 years old now. Thank you.

May I suggest looking into a medication by the name of Regestrone. Regestrone contains the active ingredient Norethisterone, which is a progestogen hormone. I missed my periods for 2months a then I went to gynecologist and she suggest me a mensoguard syrup after having 2bottle i had my periods and now I skipped again my period for 2months what am I going to do?
