both my husband and I suffer from rls , any ideas to alleviate this problem

Have you consulted your doctor(s)?

There are medications that can help alleviate the symptoms, such as Ropinirole, but I am not sure what is available to you there.

Hi there. I have suffered RLS for over 13 years. its important to read as much up to date research. If you google Dr Paul Earley at John Hopkins Medical centre in USA you will find many links to help you. I belong to RLSSUCKS support group. It is fairly well known now that all dopamine drugs will at some time or other cause you more problems (augmentation). Do everything naturally that you possibly can. Get iron and magnesium blood evaluations. The iron levels are important and need to be over 100. Always ask people who know what it's like to live with rls. Good luck to you both.
