Anxiety And Major Panic

I'm 40 and have had a spine operation about 6months ago. I have been given ciprolex 20mg which didn't help at all. My therapist prescribed Azor 0.5mg 3 times a day and african 1mg in severe panic. I've taken the razor about 2 hours ago and have had 2 major panic attacks since. I feel like I'm going insane and losing my mind. How do I cope with ?

Just breathe. Don't try to fight it. It's impossible. Try to realize that it will pass. I know it's much easier said than done. I have massive panic attacks as well. You're not alone. You'll get through it. Breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Splash some cool water on the back of your neck. Take your shirt off. Try to calmly pace instead of frantically moving around. If able, stand or sit still and allow the adrenaline to pass and your heart rate to slow down.

If it becomes a prolonged or repetitive panic attack(s) you could go to the ER. They will likely administer you some IV lorazepam.
