Is Antoxyl Forte a substitute of Nefrosave-500+150 Mg.

No, they are not the same.

Nefrosave contains N-Acetylcysteine and Taurine.

Antoxyl forte is a multivitamin and mineral supplement, but it doesn't contain either of the ingredients that the Nefrosave does.
