Round Pill (small) imprinted with WPI3332. Supposedly Bupropion XL 300mg but it seems much smaller than it should be. ## I just received a prescription of Bupropion XL, and it looks totally different that what I've received for the same medication and strength in the past (I use Aetna RX by mail). In the past it has been a capsule, and now it is a tablet with the same lettering you describe WPI 3332. Very unusual for there to be such a dramatic change and nothing by way of explanation. I called pharmacy and was told that the pharmacy had started using a different manufacturer for the generic and that more than one manufacturer often manufactures a generic drug once the patent runs out. WATSON LAB is the manufacturer of Bupropion WP! 3332. I think it's always good to question thi...

I was suffering with pre anxiety attacks with stress and my blood pressure was not high but was increasing slightly. Is there any medication to counteract weight gain on amitriptyline. ## In my opinion choosing another medication to counteract another medication is not a good idea, due to the increase risk of side effects from each medication and possible contraindications between one another. I believe the most logical option for your health and weight loss is to do it with proper exercise and diet on a daily basis. Combining lots of fruits and vegetables with clean protein sources will help you loss any weight you may have gained in a timely fashion. Even if that isn't an affordable option, the fruits and veggies alone will do you plenty of justice in the weight loss category. Feel free to post back if you have any questions about this.
what are the side affects? ## The most common side effects include dry mouth, sedation, constipation, and increased appetite. An occasional side effect is a rapid or irregular heartbeat. Alcohol may exacerbate some of its side effects and should be avoided. However, the incidence of side effects with nortriptyline is lower than with the first-generation tricyclics (e.g., imipramine (Tofranil), amitriptyline (Elavil)). A study with men has found that treatment with nortriptyline is associated with higher risk of suicidal ideation compared to escitalopram. I accidently took two pills last Friday. Consequently, on my commute I was pulled over and apparently failed a drug test. Could this have been a result of the accidental taking of two pills instead of one inconnection with my lexapro and wellbutrin? ## I'm sorry, but I am not certain what you mean, what type of drug test did you fail? Deplin is a form of L-Methylfolate and helps regulate neurotransmitters to help with conditions such as depression. However, it is not known to actually affect other medications, other than lowering the level of some mood stabilizing anticonvulsant drugs. I also checked the Lexapro and Wellbutrin, but I am not really finding anything that may cause you to fail a drug test.
