I need to find, for my pharmacy, Trazadone by Qualitest. I take three daily. I have been on other manufacturers since February of last year and having problems. The one they have me on now has me crying easily and I cannot get going to do anything. Once I get going, I act like I am in a hurry all the time. My pharmacy tried the ones I am on now 2 years ago and I had problems then. Can someone help? ## I know from personal interaction the other manufacturers are not the same chemical compositions. The results are obviously different. The absolute worst one is PLIVA. While on that, I even let my electricity get cut off. I worry for other patients, too. I was sent to another pharmacy and given Apotex last night. I found Qualitest myself a couple of years ago and the pharmacy I use ordered ...

I have a pink oval pill, very very small (like the small zoloft pills). It has 3 | 20 on one side, but nothing (or at least nothing I can read) on the other side. It's oval but slightly larger at the middle than the ends. It looks like it's instant release, because it has no coating on it... what is it? ## The only close match I can find has the markings RDY on one side, and the 3 20, separated by a score line, on the other. It is manufactured by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, and they list as containing 1mg of Glimepiride, which is most commonly used to treat diabetes. NDC: 55111-0320 Does this image look like it? Sometimes, with handling, or if it a tablet has gotten wet, part of the imprint may be rubbed of, or lost. The typical side effects of Glimepiride may include nausea,...

Hello all! I first posted on here about 5 days ago. I said I'd be back to give you guys an update to how I was feeling stopping Cymbalta 30mg cold turkey. Well today is day 6 and I feel great!! Little to no symptoms at all. I have so much energy now!! WOW!! ## Yikes. It really isn't a good idea to stop taking an antidepressant cold turkey, unless your doctor or pharmacist tells you too. You risk have nasty withdrawal symptoms. Tapering off any drug usually takes only a few days, so why put yourself through more hell? Cymbalta helps my diagnosed pain. I've had to come of it a couple times and the pain returned very quickly. It doesn't do anything for my depression, though. ## Cymbalta is one of the hardest drugs I ever had to come off of. The side effects are horrific. I ...

I am on stresam 50mg and have now gotten a trepiline 10mg prescription today to take at night before bed. Is it safe to use both together? I don't want something strange happening to me at any point. ## Has your doctor instructed you to take both of them? Stresam is listed as containing Etifoxine, and Trepiline contains Amitriptyline, they are sometimes used together, in cases where someone has severe anxiety that is resistant to treatment, but in such cases, their doctors should be monitoring them regularly, in case of any problems. The U.S. FDA warns that combining such medications may cause more severe side effects, which may include nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, sedation, and somnolence.

My blue 50 mg cipla sertraline pills get stuck in my throat. I can't dislodge them with water. They dissolve slowly, and feel like they are burning my throat. What is the ph of these pills? ## In most cases, that means that you aren't swallowing them with enough liquid. The proper way to take tablets is to place them as far back on your tongue as possible, to the point where you almost gag, then swallow them with a mouthful of water, and make sure to finish the full 8oz glass of water afterwards. If you are doing this, however, and are still having a problem, you should consult your doctor as it might be indicative of some other problem, such as acid reflux damage, or esophageal spasms. The reason it doesn't dislodge with water, or other liquid, is because the pill isn't...

Does anyone have urinary problems whilst taking Cymbalta ? I am now taking 60mg in the morning and 30mg in the evening. It is weird - if I just ‘think’ that I should need to wee, I can suffer from an urgency to do so and then I never pass a lot. I sometimes have to ‘concentrate’ to allow the flow of wee to start and then it is slow and I never pass much. In fact I never seem to pass much wee no matter how much liquid I drink. Just overall odd urinary symptoms. ## Yes, Cymbalta has been known to cause some urinary issues, such as frequency, as side effects, along with nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and weight changes. Are you on any other medications? Do you have high blood pressure? ## Hi ! Thanks for your reply ?? I have slightly raised blood pressure a...

I've been suffering from depression since 2006 but i overcame it after getting 40 days medicine. However, after 6 months again i was suffering. So, again I started medicine after 10 days then again the same thing occurred again and again... Anyhow, I felt good for about 1 year. So finally i contacted an AIIMS doctor and he suggested I continue CENSPARAM-10MG, for at least 5 years and stated then if u left it at your own risk and felt sadness that I will have to take it for life. So please, i want to know whether its any side effect or not? I've already been taking it for 11 months and till now not having any type of side effect and also i'm feeling good. ## All medications carry the risk of side effects, especially with long-term use. However, what you and your doctor have t...

I'm not sure if doctor's read this website but until they realize that these drug manufacturers can't be trusted, they will not be able to help their patients. My mom who has Alzheimer's is able to react to changes in different brands of the same meds she's been on. Her caregivers notice and let us know. It's a real shame that the FDA allows such a drastic range in what they are able to put into these generic drugs. Shame, shame on them. We need to protect ourselves against the generic drugs sitting right in our local drug stores. You don't need to be on street drugs to be harmed by bad drugs, they are right at your local pharmacies. Don't let your pharmacist lie to you, they're in it for the money. ## Did anyone experience Seizures on Prozac? My daug...

I see a lot of posts of concerns of side effects of anti-depressant medications. Personally, I think all side effects suck and am thinking of getting off meds. I have OCD and have tried 4-5 SSRI/ SSRNIs over 20 years (one at a time). One med I took, Luvox, I didn't take for a week (I'm THAT lazy) and started being stuck in side effects. Very very bad anxiety and restless arms/legs that made me pace and go for walks to distract me. Couldn't sleep or sit still due to the feeling. Even cried. Went to emergency room a couple times for shakiness bothering me so bad. Tried lowering Luvox. Tried upping it. Couldn't get back to where symptoms went away. What I discovered through the Luvox experience is don't lower dose and gradually go back to dose you were supposed to be on...

All antidepressants are great! You can't go wrong! They make you tired all the time, everything is like a day-dream or being drunk 24/7, you have no concentration among other great side affects.Being 100% honest, I'm pretty certain it's the real life equivalent of being a zombie. I felt dead inside and have still not recovered fully two years on. If you want permanent issues to what in theory is a temporary problem take as many meds as you can. If you actually want to get better don't take tablets, go and actually talk to a professional who isn't paid to put you on tablets for the long run (they get bonuses for putting you on prescription for certain drugs) and speak to a Councillor. I found C.B.T. very helpful. Please please please ask yourself: "do I need to ta...

I took Nefazodone for years and it worked well for me. After hearing it may be pulled from the market, I've tried many other antidepressents, with no success. I'm now back to an old one Trazodone @ 125 mg and even though it's about 3 weeks into it, I seem to be getting worse instead of better. I liked my Nefazodone (Serzone). I still have some from earlier. Would it hurt to take a small dosage of Nefazodone with the Trazodone? I'm feeling so bad, sad, and anxious that I'm wanting relief, soon. ## Generally, it is best not to mix them, unless your doctor specifically decides it is safe, or necessary for you to do so. They are in the same drug class, so taking them both, or taking too much of one, may result in Serotonin Syndrome, which can be very dangerous, and has t...

I am 52-year-old man. I take Remeron (Mirtazapine) for anxiety and depression. I started to use this medication about one week ago. I take the medication in the evening. I read in the patient information leaflet that I should not drink alcohol. How many hours after I take the medication is it safe to drink? Sometimes I drive to work by car. When I had the medication dispensed in the pharmacy, they said that the medication can cause drowsiness. Can I drive If I use this medication? I also use Diapam(Diazepam), is it safe to take these medications together? ## I would be more concerned with combining valium and stimulants. I admit it is no longer the 1980s'! I would not recommend driving after taking remeron. The alcohol when moderated well is a guessing game. You have to try it befor...

What is a green pill with LU on one side and 602 on the other? ## I think that the imprint should actually read LU G02 where the G kind of looks like a 6 and the 0 is more like a solid cutout (NDC 68180-0468). Check out the image on the Lupin Pharma product page for Lovastatin 20 mg, which is a cholesterol lowering drug. Does the image match what you found? Inactive Ingredients: - Anhydrous Lactose - Butylated Hydroxyanisole - Cellulose, Microcrystalline - D&c Yellow No. 10 - Fd&c Blue No. 2 - Lactose Monohydrate - Magnesium Stearate - Starch, Pregelatinized Corn ## I located a couple pills with LU on them. One says LU D01 and it's green. This is Sertraline 25 mg, which is an antidepressant of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) class. I also located another pi...

I have a large oblong blue chalk pill, non coated with a dent in the middle and on back and written in the front is M361, could be an antidepressant? ## that is not a antidepressant it is loracet 10/650 a controled pain medication ## Light blue oval/oblong/football shaped tablet, Scored one side Other side imprinted 1441 or 1447 ## That is correct, the light blue tablet with the marking M 361 is manufactured by Mallinkcrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is an opiate analgesic. NDC: 00406-0361 The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. has a G on one side to the left of the score and on the other side it is imprinted with a 13 on the left side of the score and 7 on the right side of the score the pill is a very light peachy yellow color was told its an antidepressant interested to know for sure ## This tablet is manufactured by Glenmark Generics, and they list it as containing 150mgs of Oxcarbazepine, it is most commonly used to help prevent seizures. NDC: 68462-0137 I can confirm this, since I can reach over, and pick up my husband's bottle, he has Epilepsy, and experiences focal point seizures, if he is not on this medication. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes, and headache. Is there anything else I can help with?

already on effexor xr wondering if anyone has combined this with wellbutrin xl, if so, any side effects? ## I take 300 mg effexor xr and 150 SR bupron....generic and less bowel movements than before, more crampy but in general it works for me....want off effexor becuz I think I have built a tolerance. maybe I've lost a few pounds....feel more even, less tired all the time! honestly I never totally know with psych meds cuz they build up slow and I'm moody anyway ...hope this helped some. ## There can be some risks to combining them, such as developing serotonin syndrome, which can be dangerous, or fatal, so you should not combine them, unless your doctor instructs you to do so, and is monitoring you regularly. That said, they are sometimes combined, when someone isn't respond...

Hello, I need help to understand how this antidepressant works for anxiety. I am suffering from severe anxiety (suspected hyperadrenergic postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome - hyper pots) which causes my heart rate to increase by 30-50 beats per minute upon standing, along with a blood pressure increase, and so it's hard for me to even stand because of heart palpitations, fatigue, dizziness, etc; and so i lay in my bed for 22-23 hours daily for 8 months, my muscles are GONE, & I am only existing. My medicine history story in a few sentences: After more than several heart tests a year ago, they found nothing except mentioned sinus tachycardia episodes and high blood pressure when anxious. For example it was 170/90 with the heart rate of 120 just sitting and talking to the c...

I cant stress this enough how much the benzodiazepine has helped me in the past. I'm 53 and all I want to do is live some kind of life. This medication has helped me in my social fears, my depression, my stress and anxiety. I dont know how to tell a psychiatrist how i really feel. And how this helped me for many years..I cant sit still, i don't interact with the outside world. I cant explain the way my head thinks and acts. I do know i need to be put back on them for every reason but the most is just to be normal. ## I was labeled depressed when I had untreated anxiety, but once I had anxiety meds I could function & no longer had depression symptoms. My mom had terrible anxiety and PTSD. They would give her like 2mg valium once a day or something which did nothing for her ex...

I found a little round white pill with a M on one side and 77 on the other side ## I found the same pill white, round, M on one side 77 on the other, I can't find it anywhere. Anybody? ## The closest pill which I have found is a small white round pill with the inscription M77 one one side. It differs from your description such that the entire imprint is on one side instead of the M and 77 being on opposite sides of the pill. What I have just described is Amitriptyline 10 mg, manufactured by Mylan. It is an antidepressant. You can read more details about it on the page for Amitriptyline Details. I tried posting this as a reply in another thread, but occurs to me that I should post iot in it's own thread, rather than hijacking someone else's. I'm new here, so I apologize if I've done anything wrong! My problem / question: I take several medications before bedtime every night. My mistake, having read about it elsewhere, is probably taking a couple or three different pills at a time. Three nights ago, one of the smaller pills got stuck in my throat and caused some painful burning. I washed it down with water, but the damage was done. Now I can only whisper and sometimes it hurts to swallow. Can anyone tell me which of the following medications might have been the one to burn my throat? Amitriptyline, Simvastatin, Carvedilol OL, Losartan Potassium, Escitalopram oxal...
