I wonder if anyone has had experience with this, as I am receiving some conflicting opinions (mostly from well meaning family of course)! My husband has been taking Pristiq for around 6 months and we are going to be trying to conceive our first child shortly. I understand that as a woman carrying a child, taking Pristiq can be risky, but does anyone know if there is any risk to either (a) sperm count or (b) the baby having birth defects due to the fathers use of Pristiq? ## Hi, Kate! Hello I'm a seventeen year old girl and have been on cym gen for about a year and it has helped me greatly. I'm a 20 yr old female and was on lexam 20 at the age of 16. I was on this medication for a few months to 'help' with my anger issues and depression that I had at the time. While I was on this medication it had helped with my anger problems but when it came to my depression it made me worse. The side effects that I had were irritation, insomnia and suicidal thoughts/attempts. I'm writing this cause my depression had gotten worse when I was prescribed this medication. Iam using Oxmazetol 600mg BD. Since 2 years. But Now iam facing problem of memory loss. I found a small oval shaped pill with a break line on one side there is a 1 and an 8 on the other side of the break line but on the same side of the pill...what is this? ## Is it sort of pale yellowish in color? The only antidepressant I ever took for a short time was Zoloft to get me thru PMS. Age 56. I started taking Cymbalta 2 weeks ago and I feel wonderful. I was moody(never knew when it would happen). Sluggish, gain weight. For the short time, I have been moody one time and loose weight. Plus I'm changed my diet to eat healthier and exercising. I've just started taking Prozac yesterday for anxiety and panic attacks. I started my Viibryd starter pack on 8/6/13. Got through the 10mg pills with no big problem. Started the 20mg pills and noticed some increased energy along with some sore joints (ankles for me). Was on the 40mg pills for almost 1 week and went to see my doctor for a check up to see how I was doing. I am also deperate to find out the side effects, my wife has increased from 10mg to 20mg and has lost all emotion and has asked for a divorce.
