The psychiatrist put me on Viibryd a couple weeks ago to treat my depression/anxiety. I have always struggled with suicidal thoughts that often lead to attempts, so I have been institutionalized many times. I also sometimes get hallucinations and psychosis. I have been on several different medications in the past, my original diagnosis was Bipolar. Now they think it may be Schizophrenia. The doctors aren't exactly sure. Anyway, since I had been on so many different medications before with no success, he put me on Viibryd claiming it was very good for "treatment-resistant" patients. So far it seems to be working alright, except I haven't had a good night sleep in a while. I struggle to fall asleep every night, and when I finally do I end up waking up at 3am. Other nights ...

Does anyone know what this capsule is? ## Hi everyone, The white capsule with GG550 with green and gray lines is 20 mg Fluoxetine. ## Abe's identification is correct, this capsule contains 20mgs Fluoxetine, at least in reference to the one with the GG 550 marking on it. Fluoxetine is an SSRI antidepressant, perhaps better known as Prozac and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, drowsiness and sexual dysfunction. Is there anything else I can add for anyone? More Fluoxetine details can be found here. ## Y would some one who doesn't have a prescription for it have it? Do people take it to feel...

I take both of these meds on a regular basis and have for over 3 years. I am moving to Pensacola Florida, I am worried about finding a Dr. Who will write these meds for me. I also take 100 mg of trazadone at bed time . It works great after about an hour and a half of being very irritable, restless and shaky. My Dr does not seem too concerned about this side effect. My question is does anyone know of a good Dr in Pensacola that would write these scripts considering my medical history. And does anyone relate to the side effects of trazadone. Thanks for any response.

I found a capsule in my mums room, its red and blue no imprints just wanting to know what it can do to a thirteen year old if she took one of them? Please help fast. ## How do you know it's Doxepin, if it has no imprints? And most medications aren't going to hurt a 13 years if they only took one, unless they're allergic to it or take a lot of it. Did you take it, is that what you're saying? ## No I mean I found it in my mums room, in the box of captules. She was about to overdose on them, until I stopped her. They have no imprints on the captule. No I didnt take it either, thy had a white powder inside them, red one side and blue on the other side. It had Doxepin labled on the front of it.

I started 6weeks ago, for anxiety and depression. Just 5 mg knocked me flat, but after a week i was on 10 mg and able to get out of bed. After another week things had improved all round, and by three weeks i was feeling good, actually happy. I had agreed to stay on this drug for a year or so, but got really pissed off that it prevented me from ever having orgasms, so decided to quit without asking my dr....too embarrassing to explain. Am phasing it out very slowly now because of scary stories, had a couple of bad headaches and brain zaps, but so far better than getting onto it! Will drop from 5 mg to 2.5 for a week next. It sure helped me, but this is all too much drama, next time i will pop a couple of valium rather! ## Don't go off of it my friend without Dr. advice. I was on 10mg...

Has anyone noticed a difference between generic duloxotine and Cymbalta? I changed in Dec '13 and have had heavier side effects if I miss one dose, esp. diarrhea, constipation and ears ringing. (I take 60 mg with 100mg lamictal.). ## Yes! My drug co. switched me to generic Cymbalta about 8 weeks ago and my anxiety is back with a vengeance. I thought I was going to have a full blown panic attack last night. Will call my dr. today to talk about it. I generally trust generics, but maybe not with a med like Cymbalta. Too essential for me. ## I was on generic Cymbalta for about 4 months and experienced severe headaches, a racing heart, nausea, and tons of sweating. My doctor put me back on the Lilly brand and all the side effects disappeared. I feel like my normal self again. ## Generics ...

I just started Viibryd 3 days ago and I am having a pain in my jaw/cheek. Could this be related to the Viibryd? ## Hi Emmy, From what I could gather, very stiff (rigid) muscles is listed as a side effect of Viibryd; although I'm not sure if this could be related to your jaw pain? There also seems to be a lot of unusual side effects associated with Viibryd. Perhaps one of the threads linked below may be of help in so far as seeing what others have to say about their experience: Discuss/Viibryd-220039.htm Discuss/Viibryd-side-effects-221843.htm Odds are that Viibryd is the root cause of the jaw pain if you've never experienced any such symptoms before taking the medication. I hope this helps! ## Hi Emmy. I started viibryd in oct. 2013, and yes, had jaw aching pain, along with terr...

Is this the same as Wellbutrin? ## To answer your question, yes, Bupropion is the generic version of Wellbutrin (the brand name). You can view more information about this drug by visiting the link below: Do you have any more questions or information to add? Please post back if you do. ## Yes, Bupropion is the active ingredient in Wellbutrin, so it's the generic for it. Most generics are just called by the name of the active ingredient, rather than a trade name. It enables the manufacturers to save money, since doing it that way doesn't require them to file any patents or trademarks. You can learn more here: Is there anything else I can help with? ## How do you ease off Buprop. I think it's time to ween off

My grandmother is taking szetalo "plus" 10 mg on a regular basis, but accidently got szetalo 10 mg ..so I'm asking if any side effect will occur or not? ## Hi Vandan, Based on my research, Szetalo contains 10mgs of the antidepressant Escitalopram. The difference is that Szetalo Plus ALSO contains 10mgs of Clonazepam; a Benzodiazepine-class drug used to treat anxiety, panic attacks, and seizures. Depending on how long she's been using Szetalo Plus for, not having the Clonazepam in her system could potentially trigger withdrawal symptoms to occur, if they haven't already. Has your grandmother given you any feedback after trying the regular Szetalo?

I was on Wellbrutrin about 12 years ago and experienced severe nausia for weeks before giving up. A subsequent doctor convinced me to try it again. I has frequent nausea that seemed to ease after a few weeks. Shortly thereafter I experienced cyclical vomiting about every 4-5 weeks. It would last from a few hours to a few days. The doctor said it didn't make sense that Wellbutrin is the cause. I went on that way for a year until I began a clinical trial requiring me to stop Wellbutrin. The vomiting stopped. Months later, after the clinical trial, I restarted Wellbutrin. The vomiting began again within 3 weeks. Has anyone else had a similiar experience? ## Hello, Citygirl! How are you doing?
