My mother has a bottle with two types of pills. She believes them to be Cipro. One is a round white tablet with H22 on one side. The other is a smaller white tablet with RX 709 on it. What is this drug given for and what are the side effects? ## i was needing to know the side effects of cephalexin ive been on this med for 2 days now and i have experienced diarrhea on my second day and was wondering it it was normal ## Diarrhea, indigestion, stomach pain, headaches, and feeling tired are listed as common side effects from taking Cephalexin. pink and white capsule, white end says 2130 has 2 black stripes pink end says zenith 50 mg with a big Z, different than my last refill. Dr keeps giving this for backache. Have authritis in my back. 70yrs old. This does not help!!!!!!!!!! ## He's giving you Ofloxacin for it? That makes no sense, this is an antibiotic, used to treat various types of infections, it will NOT help with pain and Arthritis. Have you tried asking why they are prescribing you this? I found a large, white, oval-shaped tablet. On the side of the tablet that is scored, there is the letters and numbers SZ 286.
