Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, skin rash and diarrhea. I cannot tell you if there is an interaction with a BP medication, unless you post the specific medication, there are far too many on the market for me to be able to check all of them. There are no warnings listed against using it if you have a blood pressure problem, but you should check with your doctor or pharmacist to be certain. AS a supplement, it's side effects and interactions as not checked, even with other medications. You should discuss this with your doctor or pharmacist. Some supplements and other medications do not mix. Does your doctor know you are using these?
