I have had a chest infection now for 6 weeks. Been prescribed above but not seeing any results yet. I am an Asthma sufferer and have been on a maintenance dose of prednisolone for 46 years. I am currently being prescribed 30mg daily for 2 weeks. I just cannot get rid of the breathlessness andf feel quite ill. Any ideas on this antibiotic or any other that you may have taken for the same symptons that did work. thanks Moggs

My 15-year old son has been taking this drug for about 8 months. He is a perfectly normal boy developmentally and has no allergies to any drug. He is big for his age, but a perfect weight for his height. He has a normal diet and is in excellent physical condition. Last week, in a match during wrestling practice, he suffered a seizure during which he bit he tongue and eventually lost consciousness for several minutes. He was taken to the hospital and given brain scans and they found nothing unusual. Two hours later, he felt so well it was as if nothing had even happened. But a few days later, he was hiking a very small local mountain when he suffered a minor seizure that caused him to fall down but lasted only a few seconds. After that he felt fine again. This seems to have puzzled the n...

What does this medication look like? ## Well, since it is a generic for Bactrim, there are many on the market and they will all have different markings, depending on the dosage and manfacturer. Some markings include: IP 272 5898 V MP 85 93 089 IP 271 MP 81 E 112 SZ 286 DAN DAN 5547 33 BIOCRAFT And this is in no way a comprehensive list. Do any of these match the pill you are asking about? If not, please post back with the imprint from your tablet and I will gladly look it up for you.
