I have been on Amitryptyline for about " weeks now 10mg daily, this is for depression and aura migraine. My breathing hasn't been too good recently either and frankly on and off getting worse. I'm currently being treated for prostatitis w/Cipro. Also have chronic epydidymitis. Originally prescribed Bactim, but showed no improvement after 4 days, so was given 60 day course of Cipro. I've researched Cipro on the internet and am now very concerned about being on a fluoroquinolone drug for such a long time. I also suffer a lot from issues related to my gut. Could I expect it to still be effective to stop the Cipro & go back & finish the Bactrim prescription now? I have completed 10 days on the Cipro and have about 6 days of pills left on the Bactrim. I got bronchitis a bit over a month ago. I was given one antibiotic that I cannot remember because I was only on it for three days. In those three days all of my symptoms increased to the tenth power. My problem now that I am done with the augmentin by two days I have been dealing with mood instability.
