The Doctor prescribed Purbac for me because I had an unprotected intercourse. The tablets are oval shaped ingraved and written c24 on the other side. I thought the cefdinir would have kept me from having an abscessed tooth since I'm already on it for bronchitis. Why isn't it working for both? My tooth has a cap on it but needs the cap removed and a root canal done and a cap replaced... ## With the cap still on the tooth, there is a chance that it isn't able to properly drain to allow the infection to fully clear up. I took Cipro for a UTI and within 24 hrs of starting it began to have issues with breathing and energy and balance. After finishing the drug things got worse. And the thing that bothers me most is that my Dr. rx'ed the drug for a UTI BEFORE getting the lab work... the bacteria was e-coli.... and Cipro didn't kill it!!! I still had the UTI.... Meanwhile it is now 7 months since I took the drug and I'm still having massive issues with balance and extreme fatigue. I have a friend who took it and lost his color vision for 2 yrs. He also experienced balance issues, brain fog and extreme fatigue. I tool Levaquin and Flagyl to fight diverticulitis on three different occasions within a two month period. I developed severe muscle pain and weakness in my legs, hands, and arms along with joint pain in my knees, ankles, and fingers. I was unable to get up out of a chair and could barely walk. I ached horribly just trying to turn over in bed. This drug is absolute poison. I finally put it all together and called my doctor who immediately took me off Levaquin. I was so worried that I would not recover. I have been off Levaquin now for four days and the improvement is remarkable. I am far from my normal self but I am hopeful that I will make a full recovery eventually. I advise everyone to avoid this drug like the plague. I was given two different antibiotics, over the phone) before seeing my regular doctor. (Cipro and Bactrim). Dr. thought my symptoms were urinary tract infection. Antibiotics didn't help They sent me to a urologist. He put me on vesicare for over active bladder which helped my bladder but still had pain in left side. What are these for? I was given Falexin 500mg in Mexico, but don't know anything about them. They are blue and white capsules. ## From what information I was able to gather, Falexin is a brand name for Cephalexin (cefalexina); which comes in 500mg doses. They are manufactured by a pharmaceutical company called Farabi based in Iran. I take 7 pills of Azithromycin 500mg per month. I have COPD and the Azithromycin stops the infection of my lungs.
