I have been taking antibiotics without realizing they can affect the effectiveness of my sprintec birth control. I haven't taken an active pill in 4 days and I have no signs of my period as of yet. Is there a possibility of pregnancy?

What antibiotic were you taking? According to the NIH, not all of them reduce the efficacy of oral contraceptives.
As to being late, the FDA does warn that most antibiotics can lengthen your menstrual cycle, so you may start later than normal. I've learned to just expect it any time I have to take one.
However, if you are concerned about pregnancy, there is no harm in checking to be sure.
