Antacid Tab

I've got some left-over capsules; white over yellow with KU 118 in the white-yellow sections, respectively.
What are they? I suspect antacid prescription meds.

Your suspicions were almost spot on! I located your yellow and white pill to be Omeprazole (20 mg).

Omeprazole is used in the treatment of dyspepsia, peptic ulcer disease, indigestion, gastroesophageal reflux disease, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, and more.
