Please help. My husband is an alcoholic. He agreed to safe himself and the family. A doctor told him to implant ANTABUSE - ESPERAL, but we can not find it in our country.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone found somewhere in the UK, london or near a bouts to have the Antabuse implant. My Mum desperately needs it - it worked for 15 years for her but she now needs it again (after my Dad died). I'd really appreciate some help finding somewhere/one to perform this procedure.

Hi,

After battling alcohol for so many years and only thing I realize is the increase of alcohol I can consume I came to a decision to get myself coded. I've started drinking to early and I don't wana finish my life to early. It's in my family. Please can you give me any contact for this treatment. Hello Loopy113,

I see you were searching for antabuse implant in london before. Did you find anywhere? I am in the same boat. New job starting on Monday and just want to nip the 'new person' drinks in the bud. Antabuse is a fantastic drug - i take the pills - but would prefer to do the implant and then probably just feel relieved - ... I might have even avoided drink driving after work again.

Did you find anyone who can fit the antabuse in london / kent?
I start a new job on Monday - and have been on the pills for 6 months. Getting this implant would work wonders at this point I think (avoiding the 'fresher / newbie' drinks at the start)

Your help would be very much appreciated - you can call me if that is easier {edited for privacy} - Also would like to know how you found it versus the pills.
