Ankylosing Spondylitis Treatment

I suffer from Ankylosing spondylitis and have terrible muscular back and neck pain. I have taken pain killers but the side effect on my kidneys and liver have been severe with my creatinine levels shooting up. Can someone suggest any alternative remedies for my pain? Any help will be God sent. Thanks & Regards.

I'd consider taking Forever Aloevera Gel in the morning on an empty stomach. I have seen a person getting almost pain-free due to this without taking any pain medication.

Also avoid eating bread and bread products as it triggers the pain.

I have been prescribed indocap Sr at night and rablet 20 in the morning before food for treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis. After taking it for 2/3 days only, I began feeling irritation in my stomach and constipation... What should I do about this? It is the second time I am suffering from this within 5 years.
