Anaerobyl 400 And Breastfeeding

My friend just had a baby girl one week ago. She found a big lump on the inside of her vagina. Dr prescribed Anaerobyl 400. Is it safe to use when breastfeeding? Thanks in advance.

She should take the antibiotic as directed by her doctor, it would be far more risky for her to not follow their directions.

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
