There are actually quite a few interactions between these medications that I found. I would strongly suggest that you contact your primary care physician and schedule an appointment to discuss if you should continue administering these medications together. Below is the list of interactions I found.

Prozac oral and buspirone oral both increase affecting serotonin levels in the blood. Too much serotonin is a potentially life-threatening situation. Severe signs and symptoms include high blood pressure and increased heart rate that lead to shock.

Vistaril oral increases toxicity of Prozac oral by causing a dangerous abnormal heart rhythm. This combination increases the risk of abnormal heartbeats.

Vistaril oral increases toxicity of methadone oral by causing a dangerous abnormal heart rhythm.

Prozac oral and methadone oral both increase causing a dangerous abnormal heart rhythm.

Vistaril oral and methadone oral both increase sedation and drowsiness.
