What is the best possible time to drink my medicine for hypertension? In the morning, afternoon or before going to bed at night?

I'm 52 and hypertensive. Is it ok if i take amvasc 10mg in the morning, then metoprolol 100mg in the afternoon, and carvidilol 25mg in the evening? Are there any side effects if i take them orally?
