Amoxicillin For Aspiration Pneumonia

Can amox tr-k clv be used to treat aspiration pneumonia? I have been told by a doctor that i might have aspiration pneumonia and a sinus infection. Will this antibiotic help get rid of both?

It is used to treat bacterial infections. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash.

However were any tests done, such as x-rays to verify that you have pneumonia? Are you on any other medications?
