I took two doses of Amoxicillin and have little red bumps and a tingly feeling all over my body. What can I take to counteract it?

I've taken Amoxicillin before and never really had a problem but after taking one pill my face and neck are red and my skin is warm to the touch. Is this a side effect? And if so how long will it take to subside?
