Amoxicillin 875 And Headaches

Hi, Im taking amoxillin 875mg and Im having Bad headaches. My blood pressure was high when I check . It's that a side effect from amoxicillin 875?

The headaches can be a normal side effect of this antibiotic, as reported by the FDA. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

How high was your blood pressure? This medication hasn't been known to cause that, but the pain from the severe headache may cause elevations.

Are you on any other medications? Have you consulted your medical practitioner?
