Amoxicilina 500 Mg From Mexico

Hi. I usually am prescribed Amoxicillin by my dentist (4 tablets of 500mg 1 hour before appointment). I didn't have time to pick up my prescription but my mother in law has Amoxicillin from Mexico (500mg). Is it ok to take? Isn't it the same thing?

As to that Amoxicillin, I actually can't say whether or not its safe or if that's what it actually is, since you didn't provide any information on them other than what they're said to be.

What did you end up doing? Did you take them?

Lucy, it really depends on the type and severity of the infection being treated. It can range anywhere from 10 to 14 days and from 2 to 3 times a day.

What directions did your doctor provide?

This antibiotic may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, diarrhea and non-allergic skin rash.

To reduce tooth pain, we purchased a bottle of Gimalxina Amoxicilina 500mg from a Pharmacy in Playa Del Carmen, MX last year. Our supply is exhausted. Since this med worked so well, we are interested to acquire more. Where can we get a prescription from?

I just left Mexico with a bottle of Amoxicillin/Amoxicilina. I paid $5 for 100 pills. Pretty sure you cannot buy it OTC in the US. Guess you'll have to take another trip to Mexico.

Hi. Can you bring Amoxcilina 500 mg back to the USA from Mexico as an OTC drug? And if so, is there a quantity limit you can bring back? There are usually 100 in a bottle.
