Hi mary,

I honestly wouldn't recommend using any expired antibiotics that are more than a couple months old. That's just me personally. Reason being is that certain ones can actually become toxic after the expiration date, making them more harmful than they are good.

If it were any other type of drug I would say yes, as most properly stored medications can last up to 10-15 years beyond their expiration date (according to a study done by Harvard University).
