if you cut it in half do you only get the augmentin or amoxicillin or are both intermingled throughout

Augmentin is not a separate ingredient, it is the name brand for a medication that contains two ingredients, Amoxicillin and Clavulanic Acid and yes, they are both intermingled throughout.
