Amox Tr K Clv 875 And Sulfamethoxazole/ Tmp

I admitted my yself to the ER to treat a black eye infection. Ended up with 2 anti biotic. The first one was amox tr-k clv. The second anti biotic is sulfamethoxazole/tmp ds. Heres my question , is it normal for both my ankles and wrist to swell up?

No, that isn't a normal side effect of the antibiotics.

Did they happen to give you an IV on the ER? If so, that may have caused some fluid retention.
