You really don't need to worry about being exactly precise on the interval. If you are supposed to take them 3 times a day, then doing so at breakfast, lunch and dinner will be fine.

If you are taking several a day, you shouldn't take them all at once, they do need to be somewhat spaced out, but it doesn't have to be on an exact schedule.
