Amox Tr K Cl 500 Mg Severe Headache

Just started taking this med twice a day and I have a SEVERE headache - Is this normal?

Hi Mary,

From what I could gather, amoxicillin may cause headache in some patients. This side effect may be temporary until the body has time to adjust to amoxicillin.

I also found that other patients have experienced severe headaches too, whereas they suggested drinking a lot of water to help dilute it in your system.
