Is it safe to do breastfeeding while taking this medication?

There are no restrictions listed, as it is an antibiotic, it does not endanger the baby if they get it through your breast milk, you will want to watch for diarrhea though as you and the baby could both end up with it, and you will have to be careful to prevent dehydration.
