Does Amox-Clav 875/125 mg tab work for someone who has Lymphedema in her lower left leg with a small infection that looks like an ulcer?

Has your doctor instructed you to take it? It is a broad spectrum antibiotic that can be used to treat various types of bacterial infections.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash.

Are you on any other medications? How long has the infection been present?
