Amneal Oxycodone (generic Percocet) 10 325 (Page 4)

Amneal's oxycodone, generic for percocet 10/325 is white, oblong, blank on one side, and imprinted with IP 204 (not IP 203)! I usually take Watson or Mallinckrodt, 10/325, (2) tablets every 4-6 hours (240 monthly), but I was given Amneal today when filling my script, and I am not happy! I have cancer, and I also take morphine sulphate 30 mgs as well (1 every 12 hours), and Fioricet with Codeine for severe migraines (as needed)! I do not feel Amneal is sufficient or even close to the chemical makeup as Watson or Mallinckrodt for controlling pain/chronic pain! Amneal does not act the same way on my body, and I should not have to take more for same result! I think when you pay cash for your medications, and have been on the medication for 8 years, using the same pharmacy, they should order what helps you! The pharmacist says he has been ordering Watson 10/325 and Mallinckrodt 10/325, but they are only sending him Amneal! I am not happy, as I pay over $300 out of my own pocket for the my generic oxycodone alone! Pharmacist says he has to take what is shipped to him! Not sure I like that answer, but I checked 7 pharmacies within a 10 mile radius of me, and they all are stating the same fact, and substituting Watson or Mallinckrodt with Amneal! What is going on with ocycodone, generic percocet 10/325? Whatever it is, I don't like it? Generics are NOT all created equal as they say they are! It sucks to have to rely on medications to live, but what else are we to do! Thank you all for reading this! Love to all! <3

Yes the gov is allowing and most likely mandating trash meds.
I strongly suspect they are behind my thyroid problems too. It was stable for years and then came Ameal and CVS.
Imagine cancer patients in horrible pain and near death taking or being given this worthless company's products.
Target will rue the day they shared to roof with these criminals. I won't go in their store ever again.

Raven, you are soooooo correct. AMNEAL is like taking a tic tac. Ive always gotten Endocet 10/325 and they work very well.. when my pharmacist gave me AMNEAL
IP 110. I immediately called an told him DO NOT EVER give me this garbage again.. Watson, now Actavis is a joke. I cant do vicodin 10/325 imprinted with IP 204 either makes me puke. I was given Alvogen yesterday an so far so good.

I know how you feel. All generics are NOT the same and you shouldn't have to take more to feel better. They should stop trying to push these generic of generic manufacturers off on the patients and instead go by what the patient is saying works. Then they winder why these meds are being abused. The patient is left with a brand that works an you're taking as prescribed to a brand that doesn't work an you're taking more to ease the pain. I have been saying for a long time that manufacturers are different. Amneal is like Tylenol. I request ENDOCET or ALVOGEN when getting my generic oxycodone 10/325 (torn fisc, bulging disc, herniated disc, recent Spinal Fusion surgery torn disc was replaced with titanium rods and screws). My pharmacist is pretty good (XPRESS Lane NY NYC) he orders the endocet and or Alvogen. He let me know if his supplier has it or he'll fill script with 10 amneal to hold me until the others come in.

Just for some facts that ive experienced. about late 2015 i went to a pharm that i usually dont go to and i got a rpund white pill with RP on it i cant remember the markimg on the other side, but the pharm gave me the actual bottle that they come in. The bottle stated thetes was about 8 just under 9 mg of oxycodone. the manufacturer was purdue., to my surprise, purdue i thought was a good brand being they manufactured oxycontin. still better than activis imo amneal isnt all thay great. but better than activis

I have the same problem, your doctor is doing that and try to sell you bulls***. Tell your doctor not to put amneal on your script and go to Harris Teeter. I let walgreens go because of this. They think our pain is a joke to them.

Don, when you're filling your script ask first, WHO IS THE MANUFACTURER. This way you can deny it an go elsewhere. Rite aid is useless an should change their name to Wrong-aid. The smaller mom & pop pharmacy I find work harder to help you.

Well i just found out this amneal that my pharmacy subsituted withoiy my knowledge has been the cause for my allergic rxn, itching causing scars and benadryl now as part of my daily life. Changed soaps, detergent, stopped spray tan only to finally connect the two poor excuse from my pharmacist switching without my knowedge. Take perc 15 ans going back to the correct mfg tomorrow, that of course they cannot guarantee. Fruatrated and relieved i finally figured out why i itch til i bleed now. Thanks for the input

I get anneal oxycodone 15 and they put me to sleep within ten minutes. Fake maybe ?

Amneal as well as Actavis is like tic-tacs. After taking 1 the pain literally laughs at you. Mullinkroft is betterbut I prefer endocet over all. Just started with Alvogen not bad but not endocet either.

Absolutely. Amneal is disgusting not to mention a waste of throat muscles swollowing. YELLOW Endocet is the best I've come across here in NYC

I get Amneal and they are strong. I have been on pain meds for 14 year's. I broke my back and have neck and ankle surgery. The Amneal are by far the strongest. Ask your doctor for a prescription for visteral-Hydroxyzine it makes the pain meds stronger....

Fyi oxycodone is not generic percocet; oxycodone does not contain acetaminophen. Generic Percocet 10-325 is just oxycodone 10 mg and acetaminophen 325mg and the bottle should reflect that if generic percocet was what you were prescribed. The problem is that the chain pharmacies that might have the better generics refuse to carry pain meds and have to order it every time they get a new script and those of us taking these meds can't wait the two days for them to order it so we have to go to the independent pharmacies that order the cheapest generics they can get and it sucks. I have gone to.cvs after.cvs and targets and others and none carry oxy or generic percocet ever.
