It has to pass the same testing processes as any other to be approved by the FDA, so it will be as safe and effective as any of the ones made by other manufacturers.

However, what really matters is that you try it and see how effective it is for you, since some people are sensitive to any fluctuation in the produce, even in the inactive ingredients.
